24hourflex

How long have you worked for RPS/24HourFlex?
2 years and 3 months

Before working at RPS/24Hourflex, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
In my latter years of college, I helped run a mom-and-pop olive oil shop. I
talked with a lot of people about different kinds of olives, olive oil, and
balsamic vinegars.

What does a typical work day for you entail?
I work with FSA and COBRA accounts as a resource for clients’
day-to-day items for benefits administration and assist in the execution of administrative projects.

What do you like most about your job?
I like the opportunity I get to continually learn so I can
continually teach. I also value that I get to develop meaningful relationships
with not only my team mates, but also my clients.

You work remotely, so what’s your go-to productivity tip when you’re losing motivation? Take a quick walk outside, or make another cup of coffee.

What did you want to be as a child?
A teacher, or a gymnast, or an ice skater (Michelle Kwan
really held my attention as I was a child of the 90s).

Biggest pet peeve?
Being late.

What’s something -big or small- that you’re REALLY bad at?
My spatial reasoning and skills are absolutely terrible – it’s
entertaining to watch me try to parallel park a vehicle to say the least.

What’s something-big or small- that you’re REALLY good at?
I’m good at lifting heavy stuff, very literally. Working
remotely calls for a simpler exercise routine, so lifting a really heavy thing (barbell,
etc.) 5 times a day has allowed me to be a worthy friend to ask for moving assistance.

Where are you from?
The
Central Denver Area.

What’s your favorite thing to do when you’re not working?
Spending time with family and friends, eating good food.

Guilty pleasure?
Coffee, usually an Americano for extra caffeine!

What’s your most used emoji?

Top 3 favorite
podcasts/books/movies/tvshows?
Parks and Recreation (TV show), The Mastery of Love by Don

Miguel Ruiz, and the Harry Potter Series

What’s one totally irrational fear that you have?
I am terrified
of popping balloons.

Dog person or cat person?
Both, I love all animals!

Meyers Briggs personality type?
INFJ - introverted, intuitive, feeling, and judging

What are the values that drive you?
Compassion, teamwork, excellence

Best piece of advice anyone ever gave you? Who was it from?
I love quotes and reading words of
impactful leaders and teachers. There is a quote I read or saw somewhere in high school that I still think is one of the best pieces of advice and and encouragement:

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtfulcommitted citizens can change the world: indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.” -Margaret Mead
